Skincare doesn’t have to be hard.  You just have to follow a few basic rules, and you can avoid many discolorations, scars, and even some premature wrinkles by yourself.  It seems harder than that sometimes.  But while the right wrinkle creams can get rid of discoloration, scars, and wrinkles all at the same time, it is much easier to keep them away in the first place.

  1. Leave your pimples alone-if you pick at them or otherwise mess with them, you are far more likely to do unnecessary damage to the skin.  And if they are really stubborn, you are guaranteed to do harm rather than good to your skin and pimples.  So leave them alone, let them be, wash the skin on a regular basis, and stop touching them as that only spreads oils and bacteria, making them worse.
  2. Use an antibacterial-this will kill bacteria that may cause acne or for that matter premature aging, and if it’s one like an antioxidant, it will also help you to achieve results, because it will kill off free radicals that could damage your skin and cause premature aging.
  3. Use a multivitamin-yes it does work from the inside out. Your skin generally diminishes and otherwise when it needs something that it is not getting.  So if you use a multivitamin, it will fulfill a myriad of needs for your skin and therefore keep many problems at bay.
